Refund policy

At SellerMax, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand the importance of getting the right performance parts for your vehicle, which is why we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Returns: You may return eligible automotive parts within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified.

  • In their pristine, original condition with all manufacturer tags attached.

  • Returned in their original, seal-pack packaging.

Exchanges: We are happy to offer exchanges if you receive a defective or incorrect component, subject to product availability. If the desired replacement part is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@sellermax.store with your order number, the specific part(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

Refund Eligibility & Process: Refunds are available for eligible returns that strictly meet our 7-day return requirements. Once your return is received and evaluated by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be securely processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a direct error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.
