RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At SellerMax, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In their original condition with all tags attached

• Returned in original packaging

Exchanges: We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@sellermax.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
